Siri Chatbot Improvements
Improvements I would make to my Siri program:
- Give possible answers to people's questions, not just yes or no
- Ask questions to whoever Siri is speaking to e.g, "How may I help you?"
- Add links and images to Siri's answers
- Entertain the user, not just simply answer their questions
- Add a voice
- Add different languages

Personal robots
Different robots that would be useful in the home:
1. ASIMO, Advanced Step in Innovative Mobility is a robot designed and developed by Honda. It was introduced on October 21 2000, ASIMO is designed to be a multi-functional mobile assistant. It is created to help those who lack full mobility, ASIMO has been frequently used in demonstrations across the world to encourage the study of science and maths. ASIMO is 130cm/4 ft 3 in tall and weighs around 48kg/106lb and is designed to operate in real-world environments, he has the ability to walk and run on two feet. In the United States, ASIMO is part of the Disneyland attractions and has been featured in a 15 minute show called "Say 'Hello' to Honda's ASIMO" since June in 2005.
Considering ASIMO can move around by walking/running it can pretty much do any house work such as taking out the rubbish, hovering, taking the dog out for a walk, etc. Which would be useful for parents or teens who are very busy and would most likely not get any house work/chores done. ASIMO can adjust the length of its steps, body position, speed and direction in which it is stepping. Its arms, hands, legs, waist and neck also have certain degrees of movement so the robot can move freely. However, because ASIMO is a robot it could probably make no contact with water
meaning that it wouldn't be able to wash the dishes or do anything regarding with water.
2. iRobot Roomba Vacuum Cleaning Robot, it is proven to remove 50% more dirt, dust, hair and debris than previous vacuum cleaners, Roomba delivers maximum cleaning performance with less maintenance hassle.
The advantage is that you wouldn't have to worry about cleaning because the Roomba Vacuum Cleaning Robot would do it for you, but at the same time you would become lazier. Also, it might not actually be true that it removes 50% more dirt, dust, hair and debris, they could just be saying that to get you to buy their product.
